History

Founded and launched The Fold, a digital chapel and men's spiritual community. Built from the ground up with contemplative design principles, structured rhythms, and a commitment to spiritual depth. The project represents years of thinking about how technology can serve the soul instead of exploit it. Focused on creating spaces where people can slow down, reflect, and grow together.

Co-founded 50/Fifty Growth to help founders and leaders scale their impact without compromising their values. Work with companies at the intersection of business and purpose, helping them think clearly about growth, strategy, and sustainable scaling.

Began working with Sheepdog Studio, an AI-native design and engineering shop, to build and refine digital products. Focused on craft-first design, thoughtful UX, and production-grade work.

Spent three years exploring the intersection of faith, technology, and community. Read extensively on spiritual formation, product design, and leadership. Wrote regularly on these topics. Traveled to conferences and gatherings focused on spiritual technology and contemplative design.

Advised early-stage companies and founders on strategy, product, and culture. Focused on helping teams think clearly about their mission and build sustainably.

Took time away from full-time work to rest, reflect, and think about what mattered most. Traveled extensively. Spent time in contemplation. This period fundamentally shaped my thinking about work, purpose, and what I wanted to build.

Founded and sold multiple ventures. Learned deeply about product-market fit, customer development, and sustainable growth. Each project taught me something different about what works and what doesn't.

Spoke at numerous conferences on product strategy, design, and building intentional communities. Taught workshops on leadership and decision-making. Started building an audience through writing.

Became deeply interested in typography, layout, and the philosophy of design. Started studying how design shapes behavior and communication. Developed a strong point of view on craft and intention in digital products.

Founded my first companies and learned the basics of entrepreneurship through trial and error. Got my education in customer development, product iteration, and the reality of building something from nothing.

Made the decision to leave a stable job to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. A leap of faith that set the trajectory for everything that came after.

During these years, my core values around craft, intention, and purpose began to take shape. Started asking harder questions about what kind of work I wanted to do and why.
